What is the best way to travel allihies? What train station is closer to allihies- Killarney or cork? And then should we rent a car to get to allies?

Hi. It's closer from Killarney. It says on distance calculator it's an hour and a half 2 hours 20 min from cork. If you can rent a car then that's the best route. There's not a lot if public transport in the area. Are you flying into Dublin? You might just want to rent the car there. Much faster to drive than to take the train. Have a great trip!
