You are best off looking at www.cruisecritic.com. You will get a lot more information on Baltic cruises there.
I haven't been yet but it's one of the trips I'm planning and cruise critic is the best source of information.

I agree. We are going on a Celebrity cruise there next month. Cruise Critic boards have a wealth of information and interaction. You can go to the specific ports, The particular cruise line and, once you decide on a cruise, they have a "roll call" where you can correspond with people going on the same cruise.
