As of this morning, the Union is challenging the decision.
On and on.....
Don't think its over at all. Options as I see it are:
a) Unions appeal and are succesful and strikes resume but a couple of days later than original schedule of stoppages
b) Unions appeal and are not succesful so they ballot all their members again presumably addressing the technical issues which allowed BA to use legal processes and strike again in a few weeks.
c) Staff concerned get so fed up with all this the strike peters out.
Anyone else want to go and knock their heads together- both BA and the Union?
Or is it just me?
