Hello to everyone. We are on our trip in Europe right now. We are staying at a wonderful B&B in Scotland that I would like to recommend to all who may be coming to the Edinburgh area. It is called Braeside Cottage B&B (www.braesidecottage.com) in Fauldhouse, Scotland which is almost exactly between Edinburgh and Glasgow. It makes a great location to use if you would like to explore both cities. Bill and Eileen Matheison are the owners and are wonderful, helpful people. The B&B is very neat and orderly and at the same time the owners are very down to earth and make you feel right at home. It is very reasonably priced so even with the train fare to the two cities it is very affordable. It is located just a short walk from the train station so you can easily get there and catch the train to enjoy the day and its activities. Bill prepared a delicious breakfast for us today and he is an excellent cook. I want to highly recommend this B&B for those who may be planning a trip to Scotland.
