My wife and I with our 2 yr daughter would like to find a B&B in Westport who is family friendly.
Ideal would be... Something near water, would be really great, harbor, bay etc. I am very nautical, and grew up sailing.

The water, or harbour is a fair jaunt west of the town of Westport. I am not sure if there are any B&B's out that way, but we liked the "Abbey Court" B&B that was an easy 5 minute walk to downtown. The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful... just in case you don't find a location by the water. D.

Rosturk Woods B&B is very nice and right on Clew Bay. It's about 10 miles north of the town of Westport.
