We would appreciate your personal recommendations for B&Bs in these three areas. We will probably but not necessarily be driving. Thanks a million.
We stayed at Willow Corner in Armscote, near Stratford-upon-Avon. We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Trish & Allen were the perfect hosts and the room was marvelously comfortable.
Every morning we had a traditional English breakfast, complete with homemade bread from Trish's kitchen.
We still talk about our stay at Willow Corner and wish we could live there.

It's easy to get to Moreton-in-Marsh by train. I stayed there several years ago; I showed up, went to the TI, and was directed to a very inexpensive nice B&B a 15 min walk away. If I go there this year, I will stay in Moreton and just take a bus to nearby villages; there is regular bus service by two companies. Moreton itself, while not as "charming" as some of the other Cotswald towns, is a good hub for touring the area.
Thanks for your suggestions. We're ready to go so let's see what happens!
