avoiding stairs

Will be in London in May and traveling with a 75 year old with some health problems. I would like to stay at Premier Inn County Hall but noted a review on TripAdvisor mentioning problems with the stairs out front with luggage. Does anyone have more details on this and if it truly is a problem. She's not an invalid but tires easily. Thank you for your response. Can't wait to be back in London. Pam

As I recall, the lobby is about a story above street level. There are a few steps up to a narrow doorway and more up to lobby level.

I stayed at Premier Inn County Hall last May. On the first day we arrived, I injured my knee. I had a tremendous problems with stairs, epecially going down. There are stairs leading up, maybe 5 or 6, then a small landing as you entered the door then 2 or 3 more. Plenty of hand rails to help aid. It is not like a flight stairs. The main lobby and elevators are very close to the main door. There are long hallways, so that may be a problem if he/she tires easily.
