ATM in Doolin area

I saw a recent item indicating there is an ATM on Inishmor now (though with a warning it sometimes is out of cash). I was wondering if there are others around the area of Doolin/Lisdoonvarna/Ballyvaughan without having to go back to Lahinch - we'll be on bikes, so it's a bit far to get cash. Anyone have recent information?

When we were there, we found no ATM's. My suggestion, get what you think is enough cash to last you until you get to another major city, at the last major city you are in and then add 20%. You can use credit cards to buy food, etc. Lodging payments depend on the provider. Ask or read their information before going. Some lodgings in the area only take cash.

There isn't one in Doolin. We were there this summer, and our copy of Let's Go told us that the closest one was in Ennistymon, where the big grocery store is. We just stashed up whenever we went there to buy groceries.

Thank you. We'll plan ahead. We've been used to having ATM access pretty much anywhere, so I thought maybe the travel books had old information. I looked for the "map" version of the ATM locator site, but it appears to not work in Ireland (maybe only in USA?). With the place names have different spellings (well, actually different names), it's hard to know if you just aren't typing it correctly. Thanks for the personal information.

Lots of shops and pubs do cash back here in Uk, probably same in Eire.Usually a min of £5 transaction allows you to get£50 without any fees
