You might look at the Aran Islands ferry website as they offer packages (ferry + accommodations): http://www.aranislandferries.com/packagedeals.php. I'm doing my own first trip there on April 2.

Which island are you trying to stay overnight on? If it's Inis Mor, look at The Pier House in Kilronan which is about 50 yards from the ferry dock. Very nice hotel, quiet, great restaurant on site and easy to pop out front door and rent a bike, trap or private driver to get around.
