what is the best route/value to see fjords leaving from Copenhagen?

Fly to Bergen. From there, rent a car, drive to Voss, then continue northeast and take the Flam train roundtrip. Then continue north towards Balestrand, stop at the stave church, then take the ferry across the Sogne Fjord. Stay at Kivikne's Hotel in Balestrand---be sure you get a room in the old part and see the lounge room with the old "dragon style" furniture. (If you have more time, continue north to see the Geiranger Fjord. ) Then double back to Bergen and spend a few hours enjoying the Bryggen. Most tourists take boats on the fjords, but Norway is even more beautiful if you drive and can look down on the fjords. (We did this trip and a little more in 2005.) Norway in our memories is tied with Banff / Jasper National Park for most beautiful scenery.
