Has anyone stayed at any of the Apex hotels in Scotland or London? How would you rate them?

We stayed at the Apex Hotel in the Tower Hill area in London in 2011. The staff were very helpful and eager to make certain we were satisfied with our stay. While the room was on the small side, the amenities were top notch and added to a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect...only a couple of blocks from the Tower Hill tube station and the Tower of London. We walked from the hotel to St Paul's in about 15 minutes. We would definitely stay there again.
