My only experience is with "In the English Manner" - we rented an apartment from them in Sept 2008 and have rented from them again for an upcoming trip this Sept. Our apartment in Sept 2008 was lovely and big! And strategically located in South Kensington between the Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations. We loved that neighborhood, and our apartment this coming September is also in the same area, though not the same apartment. Gloria is the USA rep for this company, and she is a very nice British lady who works in an office in Los Angeles. Very good service. www.english-manner.com
