Any feedback on the Nell Gwynn serviced apts in London?

I'm looking for a short let- near Sloane Square May 24- June 7. Please advise any other places near with cheaper weekly rates- thanks all! Have looked on Gumtree and Craigslist but are rampant with scams.....
