Has anybody been to any teddy bear stores in London? If so, where? I plan on hitting Harrods toy dept however. Thanks for your replies.

Be sure to visit Hamleys: http://tinyurl.com/3r8qoot
Hamleys is a great answer
Hamleys on Regent Street in London I can get lost for hours in their toy soldier department. They have everything, and very sedate . Not rushed and crowded as i remember E. F. Shwartz(?) in New york
FAO Schwarz
There is a wonderfull Teddy Bear artist who sets up a stall in Covent Gradens. My husband and I buy a bear from her everytime we go to London ( OK twice). And Harrods of course.
O - M - G. How did I never know about Hamleys?!?! Sorry - just browsing, am a teddy bear maker, and cannot wait 'til November. I am DRAGGING my husband to Hamleys! :D
If you are interested in the Paddington Bear: http://goo.gl/E06Iu (Hamley's and Harrod's probably have them, too)
