I want to buy my museum tickets online so I first need to decide which discount pass to buy. Rick likes the Museum Kaart but it can't be bought online. The IAmsterdam Card has unlimited transportation, which I will need in the city, plus discounts to museums (we are going to 5) but not quick entrance and canal cruise. Help!

If you are gong to be using the trams then the Iamsterdam card is the way to go. It does offer quick entrance to the Van Gough Museum. Other than the Anne Frank House (which the card doesn't cover), lines aren't an issue at any other museum it the city. The card does cover a canal cruise. The card is now accepted for free entry to the city zoo, which is the most expensive site in town.
