the keizershof hotel is rated #2 best value but can't find it on the search engines. does it still exist?

We stayed at Keizershof a few years ago and did not like it. We were totally mis-led about the shared toilet-it was situated in a hallway with four doors leading to rooms which meant 8 people/1 toilet-very gross. Our room was on third floor and accessed by a narrow, winding staircase-not fun with luggage. Upon check out the owner charged us a higher room rate than the tariff agreed on-of course this information was well tucked way in the luggage and we were anxious to catch our train. Lesson learned with this: keep the printed out info easy to reach.

Can't be of any help with the keizerhof but Hotel Brouwer is a great place for the money.

I've never noticed it at number 2. Currently at number 20 at TripAdvisor.
