Advice on 7 night stay in Ireland

We arrive in Shannon Sept 5th (early 7am) and depart (early 9am) Shannon on Sept 12. I had originally planned 1 night in/around Doolin, 2 nights in Dingle, 2 nights in Kenmare, 1 night in Cashel and 1 night in Bunratty (before flying out). I'm thinking I might change it to 2 nights in/around Doolin (my inlaws want to see the Cliffs, Burren, Caves, etc) and cut Kenmare down to 1 day. Does this make sense or does Kenmare really need 2 nights? Or is there a better alternative?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,

One night in Kenmare is sufficient unless you're going to do the ROK or Beara Peninsula.

It will be midmorning by the time you get your car and get away from the airport, so that basically leaves you the afternoon to see the Cliffs and get to the Doolin area. In the morning, then, you could drive through the Burren and see Aillwee Cave, if you want, before heading toward Dingle. After you cross the Shannon on the Killimer-Tarbert ferry, it's about an hour and a half or so to get to Dingle (so it will most likely be dinner time when you get there). Use the next day to see the Dingle peninsula, and stay again in Dingle.

I think you are fine to leave your itinerary the way it is. The Doolin area doesn't really need two nights, and there is a lot to see in the Kenmare area.
