Dublin accomodations are a bit high, does anyone know if you can access shuttles or buses into Dublin from towns outside of Dublin, but near? Also, any suggestions of places to stay would be great.

Howth and Dun Laoghaire are both easily reached by DART, the Dublin rapid transit system.
