Trying to decide on a place to stay in york. I've narrowed it down to avondale guest house, the coach house hotel, and the arnot house. Any recommendations on any of these?

My wife and stayed at the Couch House Hotel Aug. 2005. Located on quiet street in easy walking distance of the city center. Excellant breakfast. Nice room though our bath had tub and no shower.

You might want to condier the Royal York Hotel. It is next to the train station. Very nice and convient. We have stayed there numerous times and love it.
