Our party has people departing from both Gatwick and Heathrow Airports. We need to stay at the same place the question is...where to stay that would be a central location for both airports?

The Victoria Thistle in Victoria Station might be good for you. Those going to Paddington could take the Tube to Paddington to catch the Heathrow Express and those going to Gatwick could take the Gatwick Express straight from Vitoria. We have stayed here often and find it nice and convient.
