My husband, teen, and I are looking for accomdations in Bergen for 3 nights. Would like some recommendations.

The Admiral Clarion Hotel, where we stayed in June, 2008, has some rooms which have a view of the Bryggen. As far as I know, there are not any other hotels in Bergen which have that view. From that hotel, you can easily walk to the Bryggen and the station to take the funnicular up the mountain.

We stayed at this apartment for two nights in July, 2008, and found it very comfortable and well-located;
We stayed in the "attic" apartment. It had a small kitchen and plenty of room for our family of 5. We even bought food at a nearby 7/11 and made some meals. They also have laundry facilities for no extra cost.
it will be $180 for the first night and $130 for each night after. You won't find a better price for the size, and doesn't even take into account the money you could save eating in.

Our family stayed at the Strand in Bergen and enjoyed our stay. Our rooms had a view of Bryggen and the fish market.
