Has anyone stayed at the Fairhaven B&B in Betws-y-Coed? Some good reviews. No parking but right in the village. Has anyone stayed at Ty Gwyn B&B too? Thanks for the one reply.
We have stayed at the Glyntwrog House in Betws-y-Coed and loved it. Big clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, plenty of parking. The place has changed ownership since we were there, but I'm sure you won't go wrong there. The place has won best B&B awards.
I can highly recommnd Bryn Afon B&B. We found it on smoothhound website. The couple who run it are very nice and provide a great breakfast and parking. Our room was comfortable and spotless and a roaring waterfall could be heard all night. The owner, Gavin, recommended excellent restaurants and interesting sights and walks in the area. We just loved this area and hope to return. Nearby is a 500 year old tea room that cannot be missed. Prince Charles himself had tea there a few years ago. Wales is a truly underated destination but is so enjoyable to visit and less expensive than England.
