We're planning to be in Stockholm in early June 2010--doesn't appear the ABBA museum will be open by then, but I can't seem to find anything definitive (all I can find is that the July 2009 opening was delayed). Anyone have any info on this, or suggestions for getting a little taste of ABBA while in Stockholm?

The museum fell through due to financing. Last I heard is that the collection was on tour, London maybe.

My understanding is that the historic building housing the museum is taking longer to restore than expected. It still expected to open but the opening date is unknown.

Michael - where did you hear that? I read news reports late last year or early this year that the museum fell through - not that there were delays. The collection was moving around but there would be no permanent home.

That article is from 2008. The one I read was more recent. I think it may have been a British news site.
