a driver in Llandudno

My parents and siblings leave at noon tomorrow for a trip to England and Wales. They are looking to hire a driver for 4 days to get them around Llandudno and the surrounding country in North Wales. They've tried e-mailing the tourist bureau for guidance, but no responses yet. Any ideas on where to call or how to hire a 16-passenger van WITH A DRIVER? Thanks.

At this late date, I think they are going to have to rely on the Tourist Information desk when they land.
