My husband and I will be catching a train from Liverpool Station in London to go to Harwich to take a cruise. We would like to find a recommended hotel near Liverpool Station that is reasonably priced.

We stayed at the Tune Hotel Liverpool Street when we were in London in July. It's about a 5 minute walk from the station. It's a modern, budget hotel so the rooms are small and you pay for any extras, but if you're only there one night, it's a great deal. We paid about 55 pounds/night.
