Hello, All! Quick question since it seems that everyone here has answers here! Flying back to the US from LHR on Thursday. I will be flying Belfast to LHR tomorrow so I can wander around London for a day. Where would be the best place to stay? I'd like easy tube access to/from Heathrow and walkable to Ben Big and some of the major sites. Any affordable hotel or B&B recommendations? Thanks in advance!

http://www.lunasimonehotel.com It's in the Belgrave/Pimlico neighborhood. Website explains travel time and cost to and from Heathrow. Check tripadvisor reviews as well. Loads of recommends on the website for it. Bus stop right out front. Believe it's 24 that takes you right to Parliament Square or could use the tube. If you are a walker nice stroll to the Palace as well to see Elizabeth's Tower and the Big Bell.
