I'm confused about the location of Victoria Tube Station and Victoria Train Station. Our travel partner is arriving on the tube at Victoria Station. Is it below Victoria Train Station or in another location? Instructions are confusing. We told her we would meet her at platform 12 at the Train Station thinking she would come up from the tube station to the train platforms. We are traveling to London next week and don't want to have confusion trying to meet. Thanks, Brenda

The tube station is connected to the rail station by a passageway. From the tube station, there are signs that clearly indicate the appropriate exit for the National Rail station. This site has a link to a map of the station. You will see in the lower left where one enters the station when coming from the tube.

Rather than having your travel partner walk through the station to platform 12, you could meet her at the Information booth which is right by where she will come up from the Tube station. The booth is clearly indicated on the map to which Laura refers.
