Where should I start ?? I have emailed Budget Rent A Car 4 times to different email addresses in Ireland. I am due over $700.00, no one since the end of June has responded. Does anyone have a BBB or governing body I could email or write.

What is the issue, Mike? Were you double billed? You should be able to fight an incorrect charge through your credit card if you are not getting anywhere with Budget.

I wouldn't waste my time with Budget. Go right to the credit card company. Any time we have had trouble with anything like that I contact Visa and they take care of it. Good Luck!
