I plan to be in Cinque Terre & Tuscany late September & early October this year. Can anyone tell me what type of weather ( and useful clothing) I can expect?

thank you. I have had conflicting advice from others who 'have travelled' in Italy
some suggestions have been foe more rain on that coast..

Donna: Most weather in Europe is like Vancouver - changeable. It could be wet, it could be sunny, it could be cool, but not cold, it could be hot. We were fortunate in Mid September and it was warm and sunny.

You might have better luck getting good responses to this question if you post it in the "To the Boot" section. Cinque Terre is rather far from the North destinations typically discussed in this forum.
