Berlin to Oslo to Amsterdam

We are planning a trip beginning in Berlin (4-5 Days) to Oslo (5 days) and then on to Amsterdam (another 5). Is this an unreasonable itinerary and what is the best and most practical means of transportation between these destinations. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Geographically it would make more sense to start in Berlin, train to Amsterdam, and fly to Oslo (of course you can do it reverse). Unless you're doing the Norway in a nutshell tour, 5 days is overkill for Oslo. I would fly to Bergen spend a day there, next day the Nutshell tour to Oslo, and spend two days exploring the city. Three days is usually enough for Amsterdam, but there are lots of day trip opportunities outside the city which that would justify a five days stay. Three days is usually good for Berlin, same deal as Amsterdam there are lot of day trip opportunities as well.

Flying is the only practical way to get to Oslo. Berlin-Amsterdam can be by plane or train. I'd compare prices and schedules to pick the best for you.
