Has anyone used the company European Destinations to travel with? I'm finding quite a few nice packages through them at good prices, but not sure if their any good.

I'm not familiar with European Destinations, so can't offer any first hand comments.
If you'd prefer to take a guided tour, you might also consider the ETBD tours. If you're comfortable travelling on your own, I'm sure you'd be able to put together a great trip on your own (with a few Guidebooks).

These aren't tours, just packages with air/hotel/car, but on your own to see the sights.

I just used them for the first time to book a trip to Greece in late June. The price and convenience appeal to me. I'm an independent traveler, but didn't have time to search out all the details this time. I have my fingers crossed that it will be a successful booking and trip.
I have not rec'd the final confirmation yet......
but my credit card has been charged for the trip.
Like I said - fingers crossed.
