What would a Taxi run from Heathrow airport to South Kensington. I know there is the underground, but will have lots of luggage. Any help is greatly appreciated. Linda.

Hi Linda, its around £50.00 which is now about $75.00, but course it all depends on the currency rate at the time when you travel.

Hi Linda: I just got back from London, and was staying in Knightsbridge/Sloane Square area. I would suggest taking the Heathrow Express from the airport (17 GBP), and then taking a cab from Paddington Station to your hotel (for me about 10 GBP, I would guess to South Ken a little more)...I think you'll find it much more affordable, and much quicker-- the train is amazing and only takes 15 minutes!!
It's also very easy-- you can take your luggage trolly down to the train (no stairs) and when you get off at Paddington, it's just a quick walk outside to the taxi stop (again, no stairs).
