ferry from Liverpool to Dublin

Has anyone done the Norfolf ferry from Liverpool to Dublin? Just wondering looking into doing this one but it takes 7hrs and didn't know if i should get a room or do they have seats if you don't book a room? Thanks

If you don't have a car, Fly! Ryanair owns that route.
