I need a reasonably priced, clean with private bath B&B near Westiminster or Victoria Station in London. Any suggestions?

You might have a look at Cartref House, which is on Ebury Street in the Victoria Station area. The rooms were comfortable and I found the breakfast to be excellent. Also, the owners were wonderful!
The Ebury Wine Bar is on the corner, Santini's (great Italian food) about a block or so down the street, and the Hotel is close to both the Victoria Coach Station as well as Victoria rail / Tube station.

The Lime Tree on Ebury St. is good. Not the least expensive, but very clean and comfortable with good breakfast and a super staff. I've stayed there three times and every stay was a good one.

You would get better responses if you defined "reasonable." Reasonable in London is very different than reasonable in Woodstock.
