I will be spending two nights in Dingle and then was planning one night in either Doolin, Ennis or thereabouts followed by two nights in Galway. Any preferences that anyone can share on these cities or others in the area would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Doolin would be a good stop. For one thing, it's considered the center of Irish traditional music in the West. It's very close to the Cliffs of Moher, as well. Coming from Dingle, be sure to take the Killimer/Tarbert ferry across the River Shannon instead of going around through Limerick. It will save some miles, and it's a fun twenty minute crossing.
