We bought some beautiful silver cross necklaces in Irleand for all the girls in our family which resulted in quite a large VAT bill. We left Ireland by a Princess cruise ship, not the airport, so we didn't get anything stamped. No time at LHR when departing the UK. Isn't there a website where I can now get the forms and file a claim? Any suggestions will help!

Unfortunately, no. They need to have proof you took the merchandise with you when you left....after you've gone, there's no way to do that.

Sorry to say, but you can not do anything after leaving the country. Has to be done prior to leaving.
