Do you have to pay congestion tax in London if you are on a motorbike? Also is parking of motorbikes readily available in London?

(except at a MotoGP weekend) Can you call a 150 a motorbike? My answer is slightly different: No, and usually but you may need to look for it a bit. Its usually groups of spaces set aside of bikes in a street parking area in the centre.
