I'm going to be in Amsterdam March 19th and 20th and appears that most hotesl are pretty expensive - above $200. I would appreceiate very much any recommendations for a good hotel, hopefully closer to $150 if possible. I don't need luxuray but would rather not stay at a hostel.

recently and had a very good experience - LOVED the location (not a "reviewed" area but very cool and an easy walk or ride to the center) and the price was great. Good luck! Amsterdam is wonderful.
