You might want to check Aegean Airline reservations

Aegean Airlines seems to be making some changes to their schedules, without sending a notice. I decided to confirm our flights for later in May and just had a red box with a note that it had been cancelled and to contact Aegean. A friend also checked her flights (for September) and found several had been changed as well. Note that Aegean is only open 0700 - 2300 - not 24 hours.

The same thing happened to one of my Aegean flights a couple of months ago. If you call them with an alternate flight in mind they will re-book you over the phone at no charge and send you an email confirmation. For me this is much more effective-and more immediate-than waitiing for a response to an email. Go to the Aegean website and clik on "E-Services" then "E-Ticket Change". Enter your confirmation/reservation/PRN code to see if your flight has been red-flagged. The code looks something like this: "Z5TRGS". If the flight has been cancelled, go back to the homepage and clik on "Contact" in the upper right corner next to the flags. If you write instead of call be sure to include your confirmation/reservation/PRN code as well as the new flight number and date/time of the substitute flight you're requesting, in exchange for the one that was cancelled.

Why would they not notify us of the change. I looked at my flight for June 1st of this year onluy to find that it doesn't exist anymore. How can this be??? My trip has already been booked and I don't know how I'm going to get from Istanbul to Mykonos now. My hotel in Mykonos has already been paid for (non refundable). I already had booked a flight from Izmir to Istanbul prior to my flight from Istanbul to Mykonos on Aegean. Please, I could really use some advice here. I'm so upset!

False alarm. My flight is not canceled. I presumed it was when I went on the Aegean website and searched for the flight. The flight was not there anymore. Then I did what Lee suggested and it showed some error code, but not the one you specifically mentioned. I called them and they said the flight is not canceled. Only the departure time has changed. What a relief!

Just a follow-up - don't go into full-blown panic - it does appear that Aegean has alternate flight options set up (or offers a full refund), but they don't show on the website - you have to contact them, either by email or phone (I use Skype). Obviously when you choose your own flight, you choose what works best for you - these alternate options aren't necessarily that great, but hopefully will get you where you want to go without huge delays.
