Wroclaw, Poland- What to do in 2 days

We are going to Wroclaw, Poland on July 11 for 2 days with my 18 year old son, and staying at the Mercure, near Rynek. How should we fill our 2 days, and where can we get authentic Polish food at reasonable prices? Many thanks!

I won't be of much help, but I can say that Wroclaw is an awesome college town...young and hip that your son will enjoy. It is also what native Poles consider among their most desired to live in, and one of Poland's best kept secrets. Enjoy.
