What happen to Ost-West Kontact StP

I used Ost-West 5 years ago for Invitation Letter/Voucher to Russia, but unable to get emails to get through. Looking for a reputable company for independent touring for 2 days from cruise ship. Any ideas.

I'm not sure if they're in business anymore either, but look up "White Nights" (sorry, don't have the website on me).
