Vienna vs. Salzburg vs. Budapest

I am starting off in Prague and have the choice between going to either Vienna, Salzburg, and Budapest. Which should one (or two) should I go with?

vienna and salzburg have plenty to offer you in terms of sights. budapest is 6 hrs away.

Salzburg is one of the most beautiful places I've been. It is smaller and quieter than the others, so you'll have to consider what you are looking for.
