Vegetarian/Seafood options in Prague?

Wondering if anyone has suggestions about good vegetarian or fish options to eat while in Prague, I recently watched a show about their cuisine and saw only meat options :) I'm very flexible, but thought if anyone had suggestions -- I would take them. Thx!

There's an Icelandic restaurant near the Old Town Square. I'm sure fish would form a large portion of the menu there. Czech food is pretty meat-heavy, but there's plenty of non-Czech options in the city. Also look into some of the Turkish tea houses that most tourists seem to ignore. Plenty of light, meatless snack options.

I have a vegan friend who lives in Prague and he generally finds something to eat on most menus.

For lunch he is a frequent visitor to Country Life in Melantrichova, near the Astronomical Clock. It's a cafeteria style place where they charge you by the weight of the food. You just load up a tray with whatever takes your fancy - salads, soups, stews - and they then weigh it at the check out. An odd system, at least to me. It's only open in the daytime but is well frequnted by Czechs who work nearby.
