There are 3 of us looking for a gulet from Antayla to around the Bodrum area. I don't want a round trip as I move on to Kasadasi at the end of 4 days/4 nights.

It shouldn't be any problem for you to wait until you get to Antalya to find a boat to rent. Just go to the marina there and you'll see signs on the gulets advertising their availability. But if you want to lock down in advance something more specific I suggest you go to the Turkey forum on www.tripadvisor.com, find a designated expert for Antalya and ask for some recommendations.
