We will be taking the 13 day RS tour of Turkey beginning on May 24 in Istanbul and ending in Ephesus. I have read that it is possible to take a ferry from Ephesus (or close by) to a Greek Island nearby. Has anyone does so and could they provide me with any details they remember, particularly if you can fly back to Istanbul from that Greek island.

From Kusadasi the ferry goes to Samos. From Samos you can take ferries in different directions to the various Greek islands.
