Travelling from Prague to Budapest

Hi there,
we will be flying from London Heathrow to Prague in August. From Prague, we would like to fly or take a train to Budapest. Could you please recommend the fastest method of transportation from Prague to Budapest?

The fastest method is flying & airfare is really inexpensive here in Europe. This site(http://www.flycheapo.com) is a great tool for tracking which airlines fly where. Flying from Prague to Budapest, for example, you can take Click4Sky or Smart Wings.

A train to Budapest, on the other hand, would take the better part of the day. This option might be more enjoyable, though.
