Is it easy or hard? Any nice quiet island recommendations?

Basically, it's easy, but it really depends on the islands you've chosen. Sticking to islands in the same group is fastest and easiest. How quiet it will be does depend somewhat on when you plan to go. Some of the quietest are Gavdos, Antiparos, Astypalea, Schinoussa and Anafi.
