My wife and I were hoping to travel to Egypt in November, but we are concerned about the unstable political situation there since the popular uprising that toppled the Mubarak government in February. Has anyone been there recently. What is the situation like for travelers in Cairo, Alexandria and the Nile River Valley? I'd be grateful for any insights.
