traveling around eastern europe

I am now booked with miles to fly in and out of Prague this summer on British Air. I thought I could change my ticket and fly out of Croatia which is my last stop of my three week trip. Looks like BA doesn't fly out of Croatia. Any ideas? It seems crazy going all the way north back up to Prague.

BA does fly out of Dubrovnik and possibly even Split (maybe seasonal). I found flights out of DBV on their website. The issue maybe that there are no seats or the fact the DBV flight goes into Gatwick and not Heathrow.

However, BA's oneworld partner (Malev) definitely flies between Budapest and Dubrovnik. You should be able to get use Malev if seats are available. You will need to call BA and find out. If you can make this change and seats out of DBV are not available, then look to a nearby place like Sarajevo which Malev also serves.

Keep working your way to other big cities served by Malev or BA as you make your way North - i.e. try Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna. This may save you time getting all the way back to Prague.
