Travel in Turkey and Greek Islands late October and November

I was wondering about the weather and ferry connections traveling a bit later in the year. We had no problem in October visiting Santorini and Paros but it will be mid November when we plan to travel to Rhodes and one other island before heading to Athens and home.

It's too soon to find November schedules but typically the Blue Star Ferry makes the trip between Rhodes, Kos and other islands, and Athens/Piraeus, 3 times/week. Once you're on Rhodes you will be able to take other ferries to the neighboring islands.
